Shipping to Italy will take 2-5 working days with the standard mode, while between 24 and 48 hours with the Express mode. Deliveries abroad will take from 2 to 5 working days depending on the country of destination and only the Express service is available. Delivery details will be provided in the confirmation email.

It is possible to request a return within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product, using the dedicated page, available at this link. You will need the order number and the email address with which the order was placed. It will be possible to choose the return option you prefer: Change Size, Change Goods or refund of payment.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, washed or altered and with all tags attached. The items must be returned in a single protected package inside their original packaging. In the event that the item is returned without the original packaging, the return will not be accepted. The return of orders by the customer must be done exclusively using the return label provided by Brunelli & Co srl. Packing safely all the goods and remember to cover or remove any original barcodes from the first shipment of the package.
You can find your order number in the order confirmation email and on the packing slip included in the package that arrived at your home.
Your refund, Size Exchange or Goods Exchange will be processed after the arrival of your package in our warehouse. Our team will have to evaluate the condition of the returned product. You will be updated on the status of your return request and therefore on any refund by email from our team.
